Introduction of Global Customer Service Center

Global Customer Service Center (GCSC)of HYT was newly established in 2007, based on "deliver more satisfaction to customer" concept, GCSC aims to supply HYT clients the professional service and quick response.

GCSC responsible for after sales service, including: technology consulting, complaint handling, two-way radio repairing, spare parts inquiring and providing, small and medium-sized communication network solution offering.

GCSC covers three departments: overseas service department, domestic service department, and technical & repairing department.

Overseas Service Department: growing overseas market and service globalization ask more high quality service, so the overseas service department was established. Now, we have set up two service stations in Indonesia and Britain. HYT dispatched high quality staff with much technical knowledge and experience in repairing, then HYT plans to employ the local people do the local service for realizing the service localization. In Shenzhen headquarter, we have specialized staff to handle the complaints, communicate with foreign clients, collect their suggestion and feedback for our better action.

Domestic Service Department: Depending on 55 authorized repairing stations and 10 HYT repairing stations all over China, HYT after sales service system can solve various problems in a short time. In Shenzhen headquarter, we have professional logistic staff to deliver the goods and collect the broken one for repair every day. Of course, we have specialized staff focusing on handling the complaints, which come from all sides, and bridge the clients and HYT.

Technical & Repairing Department: this department plays an crucial role in GCSC, technicians accounts for 90% and work in this field more than 4 years, some one worked in foreign countries. They take in charge of repairing job, analyse the basic problem, provide technical suggestion and co-operate with R&D members to solve complicated issue.
